Return and Exchange Policy

Online Purchases

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days after receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Exchanges are available for size changes only

  • Refunds are granted only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection, confirming it is unused, free from stains, odours, and alterations. If the product does not pass the inspection, it will be sent back to the clients

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs related to returns or exchanges

  • Customers must also provide the purchase confirmation e-mail when submitting the request
